HALLSTATT:  Part of the UNESCO heritage site, HALLSTATT was first inhabited in the Iron Age.  Affording the most beautiful views, it is so popular that it has been copied by the Chinese.  Whilst visiting HALLSTATT, why not take a trip up the mountainside to the famous Salt Mines.

BAD ISCHL: Approximately 30 minutes by car, the spa resort of BAD ISCHL was once the home of Kaiser Franz Joseph.  There are many architectural offerings to be found along with open air concerts, theatre etc. It wouldnt be a trip to BAD ISCHL without sampling some of the gorgeous cakes at Zauners Tea rooms on the Esplanade or maybe a trip to the Eurotherme Spa Baths for some relaxation.

BERCHTESGARDEN: More commonly known as the location of Eagles Nest, the home was built for Adolf Hitler at the peak of the mountain above Obersalzberg.  The house itself was converted into a restaurant at the end of WW2 however, there is a documentation centre at the base of the mountain.
